01 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and win7 ("Company", "we"). This document governs your access to and use of the win7.plus website and all related services.

Acceptance of these terms takes effect automatically when you: (a) register a win7 account, (b) make any deposit or withdrawal, (c) use any game or service on the win7 platform, or (d) download and use the win7 mobile app. Any of these actions constitutes your full agreement to all provisions in this document.

Win7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

02 User Eligibility

Use of the win7 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must ensure that you meet all of these conditions before registering or using any of our services:

• You are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside, whichever is higher.
• You are an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with or treated for any compulsive gambling disorder.
• You are not registering for or using the platform from a jurisdiction where the use of such services is prohibited by local law.
• The funds you use to play are legitimately earned money and are not proceeds from any illegal activity.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion list from any recognised responsible gaming programme.

Win7 reserves the right to request proof of identity and supporting documents at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the win7 platform. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accumulated balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Required information includes your full name as shown on your MyKad, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. win7 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. win7 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Win7 accepts deposits via a range of local payment methods including FPX, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and others), as well as e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set for regular players; however, limits may vary based on account status and the chosen payment method.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. All withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts will be processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals for unverified accounts may require a longer processing time of up to 48 hours.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the name of the win7 account holder.
• Win7 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Suspicious withdrawal requests may be subject to additional security checks before being processed.
• Win7 reserves the right to request supporting documents for any transaction exceeding certain limits in order to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Win7 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly rebates, and seasonal special promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions clearly stated on the respective promotion page.

General terms applicable to all win7 bonuses:

• Each bonus is subject to wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another player or exchanged directly for cash without first meeting the wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new player. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once through different accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Win7 reserves the right to void any bonus and winnings derived from it if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
• Unused bonuses will expire at the end of their respective validity periods and cannot be reclaimed.
• In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the original version of promotional terms, the English version shall be the official reference.

06 Game Rules & Integrity

All games available on the win7 platform — including slots, live casino, fish shooting, and sports betting — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or equivalent fairness mechanisms. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including win7 itself.

Players are strictly prohibited from the following activities while using the win7 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes or place bets automatically.
• Exploiting any bugs, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities for unfair gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer mode.
• Systematically placing opposing bets ("arbitrage betting") to guarantee profit without taking any real risk.

If win7 detects any suspicious activity or breach of game rules, we reserve the right to suspend the account, freeze withdrawals, and conduct a thorough investigation before reaching any final decision. Wins obtained through means that violate these terms will be voided without any compensation.

07 Player Conduct & Responsible Use

Win7 is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and responsible gaming environment for all its users. You agree to use our platform responsibly and to comply with all of the following guidelines:

• Do not use offensive, threatening, or hostile language in any communication channel with the win7 team or other players.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Do not spread false or misleading information about win7 to the public.
• Do not use the win7 platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the law.

09 Liability Limits & Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, win7 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming or wagering activity.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, service provider issues, or natural disasters.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond win7's reasonable control.

The win7 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, viruses, or other technical disruptions.

10 Account Closure & Termination

You may close your win7 account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, ensure all withdrawals for eligible balances have been processed. Closing your account does not entitle you to reclaim any expired bonuses or winnings that were voided due to a breach of terms.

Win7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account immediately without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, misappropriation, or activities suspected of involving money laundering.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Use of unauthorised software or techniques to manipulate games.
• Holding multiple accounts.
• Any action that compromises the integrity of the platform or other users.

In cases of termination due to a breach, win7 reserves the right to forfeit any balance, bonuses, and accumulated winnings in the account without compensation.

11 Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Win7 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where win7 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the established rules.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
